Our Privacy policy describes the way in which SkillsUp Training and Research Services B.V. processes the personal data of visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as “the Users”) when navigating our site www.skillsuptraining.org (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). The user agreement policy is an integral part of the privacy policy of the Site.

SkillsUp pays continuous attention to the data of our Users. We may be required to amend, add to or update the Privacy Policy. We ask you regularly to consult the most recent version in force, accessible on our Site. Where you send us your contact details, we may contact you by telephone and ask you for information on your professional background, your preferred courses, qualifications, your financing preferences, your desire for long-term training, the obstacles to the solution proposed, the estimated start date, as well as about your situation and any reason for rejection. These data are used for registration, consultation, use, completion, extraction and transmission to promote the progress of our students.
